Gator Boosters are the lifeblood of the Florida Gators athletics program. Their collective generosity provides our student-athletes with the resources they need to be successful on the playing field, in the classroom, and in the community.


Gator Boosters, Inc. is the fundraising arm to the University Athletic Association.  Season tickets for Football, Men’s Basketball, Baseball and Gymnastics include varying contributions depending upon your seat location within each venue.

Your contribution to Gator Boosters provides funding for athletic scholarships that pay the academic costs of our more than 500+ student-athletes for all 21 sports. These costs include, and are not limited to...

Tickets

Season Tickets

The opportunity to select, relocate, or upgrade your seats is based on the Gator Booster Loyalty Point System which will distribute an online appointment time to each season ticket holder.  You will be able to go online and select your seats through our "Virtual Venue" of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Boosters are ranked first by their contribution level (e.g. Bull Gator, Grand Gator, etc.) and then their total points within each level. Therefore, your chances for obtaining tickets, or upgrading into a more desired section, are increased when contributing at a higher level. Current season ticket holders may add seats to their existing account, as long as they fall within the contribution level limits and meet the minimum booster contribution requirements. Orders for additional seats are not guaranteed and will be filled based on availability using the Gator Booster Loyalty Point System.

Gator Boosters may reclaim their seats each year if their ticket order is received and the contribution for his/her required contribution is paid by the renewal deadline.

How you obtained your seats/parking is how you retain your seats/parking

If you previously obtained seats or seat improvement through a specific contribution level, that contribution level must be maintained to reclaim the same seats each subsequent year.

Away Game & Postseason Priority

When the Gators play on the road or during the postseason, Gator Boosters have the opportunity to “request” tickets for each of these events. A request is not a guaranteed purchase.  Tickets are then either assigned or the request is refunded based on one’s rank within the Loyalty Point System.  This process can take several days to complete. Locations are assigned strictly by rank, as established by the point system…regardless of contribution level. Supply and Demand is the biggest determining factor as to whether one’s request is processed or refunded as each venue, each city, each competition and each date has a unique and independent aspect within any given football season.

For example:

  • A school may only receive 3,000 tickets for a typical road game vs 12,000 to the SEC Championship
  • Fans are more likely to attend a January bowl game in Florida than a bowl game out of state in late-December

Seats are assigned strictly by rank, as established by the point system, regardless of contribution level.

LOYALTY POINT SYSTEM

Gator Boosters, Inc. uses the Loyalty Point System to fairly allocate donor benefits. Donors receive points for each consecutive year of being a season ticket holder, as well as for the total cumulative ticket-related contributions that they have made. This system seeks to reward both a donor's longevity and gift amount when establishing donor priorities.

Donors receive (1) point for each $100 contributed to their contribution level
Donors receive (10) points for each consecutive year of being a season ticket holder
Donors receive (50) points as a loyalty bonus for each 10-year threshold. (10 yrs, 20 yrs, etc.)
Donors receive (3) points for each $100 contributed to Scholarship Endowment or Facility Improvement. **If you request no priority points, the gift is 100% tax deductible
Donor must have a Gator Booster Membership to apply points.

**Any points received from dollars will always be associated with your membership. Points awarded for consecutive years as a season ticket holder will start over at zero should you not renew your season tickets.

Example: Albert and Alberta Gator Gator have contributed $30,000 to the Annual Fund for for 30 years. They have also been season ticket holders in football since that time. They also chose to give a $10,000 gift to Athletic Education Fund. Their points are as follows…

The UAA holds the right to withhold or alter Gator Booster membership level benefits for any account that it deems a broker account. These benefits include but are not limited to the following:

PRIORITY SEATING

Gator Boosters uses the Loyalty Point System to prioritize between donors who are in the same contribution level when assigning seat assignment appointment times. These appointment times will be allocated within a couple weeks after the renewal deadline and based first in order of contribution level, and then by donor rank within that level. Thus, a $5,200 Scholarship Club member would be assigned before a $3,500 Scholarship Partner.

*Note that once obtained, the contribution level in which season tickets were acquired must be maintained in order to retain the specific seating location in future seasons.

PARKING

Parking is a benefit for specific contribution levels

Bull Gator – Two Parking Spaces (One primary pass in a reserved space and one secondary pass in a reserved lot)

Grand Gator – Parking pass in reserved lot “Based on Availability”

Scholarship Club – Parking pass in reserved lot “Based on Availability”

Scholarship Partner – Parking pass in reserved lot “Based on Availability”

Parking assignments take place in May. You will receive an email with an opportunity to provide your preferences. Passes are then assigned using the same Loyalty Point System tied to Priority Seating.
